As of April 9, 2022, nearly all COVID-19 restrictions in Croatia have been removed due to small number of cases. COVID certificate (proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test) is required only for border crossing for non-EU citizens, while EU citizens are allowed to enter Croatia without COVID certificate. Numerous other measures have also been lifted, including wearing protective masks. Masks remain mandatory only in hospitals, clinics and social service facilities, which means that travelers and tourists can use public transport, visit museums and go to sport and cultural events, restaurants and bars without any restrictions. If you are visiting Dubrovnik or other destinations in Croatia this season, we hope that this will enable you to have a more relaxed vacation.
